All payments for services at Theskymiletravels.com have made in favour We have not authorized any individual or organization to collect payments in any other name (i.e. any other individual or organization name) or via personal Western Union or personal Paypal Accounts for any services rendered by Theskymiletravels.com. You are informed that under no circumstances will Theskymiletravels.com be liable for any damage caused in your transaction to such fraudulent individuals or organizations.

All payments need to be made on 100% advance basis to continue to use uninterrupted Paid Services. The User is solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality, all activities and transmission performed through his My Folder and shall be solely responsible for carrying out any online or off-line transaction involving credit cards / debit cards or such other forms of instruments or documents for making such transactions. The Skymile Travels assumes no responsibility or liability for their improper use of information relating to such usage of credit cards / debit cards used by the subscriber online / off-line.

As we keep up high interactions with our clients and provide support to use the services extended at The Skymile Travelss thus there is no provision for any kind of full or partial refund. It is expressly stated that paid amount would not be refund in any circumstance.

Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled as it is sent for processing and activation immediately. Your personal preferences changed in the course of time cannot serve as a reason for refund or charge back.

The User, who is liable to pay Subscription Fees, shall pay it on demand even if the User disputes the same for any reason. In the event that the Company deciding the dispute to be in the User’s favor, the Company shall refund to the User any excess amount paid by the User free of interest. In the event of late payment by the User of any sums due under this Agreement, the Membership and the services would stand terminated.

The Following Terms will be applied to Refund requests for Cancellations

You have requested a cancellation and refund through us, and the applicable tariff regulations allow for such requests;

You have not been a “no show” (most “no show” reservations are not qualified for any supplier’s waiver for processing refunds); and

If our suppliers provide us the necessary waivers, we will process this requested cancellation and refund.

There is no set timeframe for all cancellation reimbursements. We will send you an email acknowledging your cancellation and refund request along with a request tracking number as soon as our customer agent receives it from you. This does not automatically entitle you to a refund; it is merely a confirmation that your request has been received.

After that, we will ask the suppliers—such as flights and hotels—to create a waiver in accordance with their policies and inform you about their choice.

It can take some additional time after the suppliers have approved the refund for the money to appear on your bank statement.

From the time your request is received until the credit appears on your bill, the full process might take 60 to 90 days. We will charge you a post-ticketing services fee, as applicable, which is non-refundable and is subject to change without prior notice, in addition to the airlines’ and other suppliers’ refund penalties.

All taxes and fees levied by the government are subject to adjustment. Only the final total as displayed will be charged to your account.

Low-Cost Carriers (LCCs) are not covered by Assure Tour’s cancellation and refund policy. This means that all Low-Cost Carriers tickets are non-refundable, even if you cancel within 24 hours of making the initial reservation.
